The service
CloneCut is designed to create video variations from reference footage, images, and instructions. Features, models, limits, and availability may change. AI-generated results can differ from a reference, and we do not guarantee a particular visual result, originality, reach, or revenue.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to use the service. Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in access secure. You are responsible for activity through your account and must not bypass security, access, or billing controls.
Your materials and results
You retain the rights you have in materials you upload. You give CloneCut and necessary providers permission to handle those materials and results only as needed to provide the requested service. You must have permission to use any footage, music, image, voice, name, or likeness you submit.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing them. Using a public example as inspiration does not grant rights to its underlying content. Commercial use of a result depends on applicable law, your input permissions, and any relevant provider terms; we cannot guarantee exclusivity or copyright protection.
Acceptable use
Do not use CloneCut to infringe rights, deceive people with impersonation or false endorsements, create non-consensual intimate content, exploit minors, harass others, commit fraud, or interfere with the service. Follow laws and disclosure rules that apply to AI-generated media in your location.
Pricing, credits, and refunds
If paid plans or generation are enabled, the applicable price, credit charge, and any renewal conditions are shown before purchase or use. Do not assume that a displayed preview or plan is already available for checkout.
A confirmed technical failure may qualify for a credit return under the rules shown in the service. A result you dislike is not necessarily a failed task. For billing errors or refund requests, contact us with the order or task details; statutory consumer rights still apply.
Availability and responsibility
We may restrict content or accounts when needed for safety, legal compliance, or violations of these terms. The service may be interrupted or changed, and it is not intended as permanent storage. Download work you wish to keep.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CloneCut is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
